We offer a 28 day money back guarantee for all orders (Excludes Custom/Bespoke Orders). If the item is not required, ensure it is in original condition, unused with its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return.
For products that are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 14 days via the messaging system. We will then issue you a Returns Authorisation Number (RMA); once we receive the product and confirm it is faulty we will provide a refund/exchange and also reimburse you with any postage costs associated with the return. When requesting for an RMA we will also supply a list of authorized couriers and services the item can be sent back with.
